... Dense fog advisory in effect until 7 am CST this morning...

The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a
dense fog advisory... which is in effect until 7 am CST this
morning.

Dense fog has developed over the area with visibilities dropping
below a quarter mile at times. The fog will burn off about an hour
after sunrise.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
