Statement as of 3:29 PM CST on November 20, 2009

The National Weather Service in Austin San Antonio has issued an

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
Bandera County...
Bexar County...
Caldwell County...
Comal County...
Frio County...
Gonzales County...
Guadalupe County...
Kendall County...
Kerr County...
Medina County...

* until 530 PM CST.

* At 323 PM CST National Weather Service radar showed scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms across south central Texas
in wake of the cold front that passed across the region earlier
today.

These scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue for the next
1 to 2 hours... as they move east at 25 mph. Additional rainfall
amounts of one tenth to one half of an inch are expected.

After heavy rains earlier today... these additional rainfall
amounts could cause enough runoff to cause some flooding at
low water crossings or in low lying areas.

Caution is also advised on wet and slippery roads and highways
this afternoon.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

When water covers the Road... turn around don't drown. The life you
save may be your own.
